Founded in 2011 by Mr. Vernon Gomez and Dr. Daphne Gomez, L’école Chempaka International [IN721] has become the household name for quality international education. Mr. Raj is the founder and guiding force of the Chempaka Society for Educare. His leadership blends educational wisdom, global exposure, and a deep commitment to values, simplicity, and cultural identity.
With vast experience—including establishing successful schools in Dubai—he brings international insight while staying rooted in the belief that childhood must be protected, learning must be meaningful, and schools must remain human.
His vision continues to shape Chempaka’s growth, philosophy, and expansion across Kerala and beyond.

Ms. Sasikala embodies the Chempaka Way in its purest form — calm, compassionate, deeply cultural, and grounded. Her presence ensures that Chempaka remains authentic in its values, aesthetic in its expression, and gentle in its approach to children and teachers alike.

Ms. Sheeja oversees the daily functioning of the Chempaka group with clarity, discipline, consistency, and kindness. She ensures that every campus maintains Chempaka standards of safety, operations, teacher culture, and parent partnership.

Mr. Pramod Pillai leads the academic and cultural direction of Chempaka’s schools.
